A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. This site does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its handling of the query.

An email or contact message is retained as needed to answer it and maintain the related correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
